March 21 at Timberland Park

Williamson County Parks and Recreation is pleased to announce an Easter Eggstravaganza at Timberland Park on Wednesday, March 21. The event (for ages 3 to 5 with their parents) begins at 10:00 a.m. Be sure to bring a basket so the kids can enjoy an outdoor egg hunt. The Easter Bunny will also be on hand so bring your cameras. Timberland Park is located at mile marker 437.2 on the historic Natchez Trace Parkway, south of the Highway 96 entrance. Timberland Park is a 72-acre rustic wooded preserve with a staffed, 2000-square-foot interpretive center and trails for hiking, bird watching and wildlife observation.

Easter Events in Franklin, TN – Egg Hunt – Easter Bunny

 
Timberland Park welcomes 3-5 year olds out for their very first Easter Event! The event will be filled with several fun interactive activities.

Activities include a “make-it and take-it” craft project, bunny hop sack races, Easter treats and we will finish off with an egg hunt on the trail. Children should bring their Easter Baskets and parent’s be sure to bring your cameras to get pictures with the Easter Bunny. Parents MUST attend with children and SPACE is LIMITED! Preschool Story Time is for children ages 3-5 and their caregivers. Come join us for a half hour of stories, puppets, songs, and finger plays. Learn the alphabet, keep rhythm with scarves and shakers and learn a few signs in American Sign Language. We’d love to have you join us!
