Job fair at Williamson County Library to feature at least 10 employers

At least 10 employers with more than 250 openings will participate in a job fair hosted by Goodwill Career Solutions at the Williamson County Public Library on Thursday, Jan. 21.

Employers will include Big M Transportation, BrightStar Care, Caregivers by Wholecare, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Franklin Marriott Cool Springs, Home Instead Senior Care, Plant Partners Inc., the U.S. Army, Williamson Medical Center and Goodwill. Openings include truck driver, certified nursing assistant, housekeeping, merchandiser, soldier, nurse, dietitian and other positions. Rates of pay range from minimum wage to $60,000 per year.

Multi-Employer Job Fair:  11 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, in the meeting room.  Goodwill Career Solutions will host this job fair at the Library with more than 20 employers.  For more information contact Shannon Duke at 615-794-4984 or shannon.duke@givegw.org

Seeds Needed:  Attention Williamson County Gardeners!  The Main library will be kicking off the second year of its Seed Exchange in March, but we still need more seeds.  Please consider donating any of your extra flower, vegetable, and herb seeds. Just bring them to the Reference Desk on the second floor.
