Registration is open for Williamson County Parks and Recreation’s for a Spring Golf Clinic for youth ages 5-12. The golf clinic will be taught by Jim Kite, a PGA Instructional Professional. A resident of Nolensville, Kite has taught at the Rick McCord Golf Academy in Orlando and the Apple Valley Country Club.
Online registration continues through Feb. 28 or until full. The clinic dates will be Friday, March 8, 15 and 29 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Indoor Arena at Crockett Park in Brentwood, TN. Participants should register for activity #13791 at www.wcparksandrec.com. The clinic fee is $75 (includes equipment). Registration will open April 1 for a Summer Golf Camp to be held June 3-7.

Save the date! Saturday, February 4, 2017 is Nashville Parent’s annual Summer Camp Adventure Fair. Now’s the time to start planning your youngster’s summer fun. Representatives from nearly 75 residential camps, local day camps and summer programs for ages 4 – 18 will be on hand to speak with families about what they have to offer, spanning the spectrum from arts to sports to outdoor activities. The fair is also an excellent outlet for older kids to seek out camp counselor opportunities. Prizes will be given away during the day, and kids can enjoy face painters, balloon artists and more fun entertainment. Check this page regularly for news and updates!
