Register on September16 for Fall Break class

Get certified as a lifeguard during Fall Break! Williamson County Parks and Recreation (WCPR) will offer a Red Cross lifeguard certification class October 11-14 at the Indoor Sports Complex (ISC), 920 Heritage Way in Brentwood.

Registration will begin on Saturday, September 16 at noon (in-person only) at the Aquatics office at the Indoor Sports Complex. Class is limited to 10 people.

The Fall Break training class ($125) will be held Wednesday, October 11 through Saturday, October 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. The course is open to the public, and students must be 15 years of age on or before the final day of the course. Summer Season Pass with WCPR

Williamson County Parks and Recreation is pleased to announce an online summer season pass pre-sale May 1-8, 2016! During the sale receive $10 off the pass price plus free admission to one outdoor pool family night event at a participating location. Passes can be purchased by visiting www.wcparksandrec.com. Summer season passes are regularly priced at $120.00, and non-county residents may purchase a summer season pass for an additional $30. Summer season pass sales at facility front desks begin May 9.

 

Summer season passes provide individuals and families access to outdoor pools, indoor amenity use and access to group fitness, Aqua Fitness and indoor cycling classes at the Franklin Recreation Complex, the Fairview Recreation Complex, the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill and the Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville from May 30 through September 4.

 

As an added bonus, Williamson County Parks and Recreation will pro-rate the conversion of a summer season pass to an Annual Premium Pass for any summer season pass holder from September 5-30, 2016.

 
The outdoor pools at the Fairview, Franklin, Longview and Nolensville recreation facilities are scheduled to open for the 2016 summer season on Memorial Day, Monday, May 30. The pools will remain open through Sunday, September 4. For additional information on pool hours and holiday schedules please visit our website.

Summer Swim Teams

Get in the swim! Join one of the five summer competitive swim teams offered through the Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department: Franklin F.A.S.T. Frogs, Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Rd.; Longview Sea Dragons, Longview Recreation  Center at Spring Hill, 2909 Commonwealth Dr.;, Fairview Sharks, Fairview Recreation Complex, 2714 Fairview Blvd.; Brentwood Barracudas, Indoor Sports Complex, 920 Heritage Way;  or Nolensville Mighty Hurricanes, Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville, 7250 Nolensville Rd. All teams are managed by Excel Aquatics and are open to children ages 5 to 18. All new swimmers must attend a mandatory evaluation session, and regular practices begin the week of May 23.

 

Registration for all teams is available now only at www.excelaquatics.org and continues through May 31.  The team fee is $140 per swimmer. There will be an extra charge for suits and t-shirts.
