Harp & Piano Holiday Concert in Franklin, TN at the Williamson County Public Library – Saturday, Dec. 17, 2:00 p.m.

“Harpy Holidays!”  This holiday music event for the entire family will feature harp and piano solo, duet, and ensemble performances of your holiday favorites by students with ages ranging from 8 to 68!

The free concert is brought to us the Harp and Piano Studio of Dr. Sarah Crocker, Adjunct Professor of Music at Middle Tennessee State University School of Music, and at the Lipscomb University School of Music.

Sister Cities of Franklin & Williamson County: Passport to the World El Salvador

On Sunday, Jan. 17th, 2016 at 2 p.m. Karen Castro and friends will host a presentation at the Williamson County Public Library about El Salvador.

The presentation will also include a taste of authentic Salvadorian culinary delights from Pupuseria La Reina de Bendicion. Information will be presented on the culture, the people, traditions and folklore of El Salvador.

The Williamson County Library is located at 1314 Columbia Avenue in Franklin.

Story Time with the Williamson County Public Library

Toddler Time Parents and their children ages 18 months to 3 years are invited to Toddler Time on Tuesdays at 10:00 am and 11:15 am in the Story Theater. Caregivers will have fun engaging their toddlers in a variety of activities including stories, songs, movement, music and more!

Preschool Story Time Parents and their children ages 3 to 5 years are invited to Preschool Story time on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am in the Story Theater. Both days offer entertaining and educational stories, songs and early literacy skills. No reservations required.

The Snuggle Bug Club is a monthly lapsit program that uses music, stories, movement, and more to encourage interactions between caregivers and babies ages 0 to 18 months of age. It is held on the fourth Friday of each month at 10:00 am in the Children’s Department.
