STARS will host its 26th annual Hart Golf Classic on Monday, June 11, at The Golf Club of Tennessee. Golfers will play to raise funds for the organization’s mission to support young people in overcoming social and emotional barriers they face, such as bullying, substance abuse and violence.

The Hart Golf Classic is named in honor of Patricia and Rodes Hart, steadfast and committed supporters of the agency. Patricia, who was recently awarded STARS’ ADAM Award for going the extra mile in the community to promote accepting differences, is a founding board member and encouraged STARS to launch a golf tournament back in 1992.

Entry fees are $200 for a single player and $800 for a foursome. Hole sponsorship is $250; participants have the option to enter a four-person team and sponsor a hole for $1,000.
