The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department presents a free “Concert in the Park” by the Williamson County Community Band on Saturday, July 23 at 6:30 p.m. at Aspen Grove Park in Franklin. The band will perform patriotic numbers, Broadway tunes and marches under the direction of Randy Frame.
