FRANKLIN, TN – Franklin’s Charge Cannon Committee, led by Chairman Cullen Smith, will be dedicating their authentic artillery display at Carter Hill Battlefield Park on Nov. 10 at 1 p.m. This ceremony will include comments from several dignitaries, 1860’s songs from the Olde Towne Brass and appearances by re-enactors President Abraham Lincoln and General Ulysses S.
