Franklin Tomorrow’s 2nd Annual Shrimp Boil took place outside The Factory at Franklin on July 12th, 2008. Guests enjoyed a delicious shrimp dinner, music by the Highland Rim Bluegrass Band, and the presentation of the Anne T. Rutherford Exemplary Community Volunteer Awards.

Franklin’s Charge Symposium continues in full swing!  Guests enjoyed breakfast, Sam Elliott’s  “A Review of Saturday Battlefield Tour Sites,” and an excellent discription of the battling  occuring at Thompson’s Station by Historian, Eric Jacobson.
