DESCRIPTION:Community Health Summit \nHealthy Communities in Healthy Collaboration \nAugust 10\, 2016\, 11 am – 1 pm \nEastern Flank Battle Park Facility\, 1368 Eastern Flank Circle\, Franklin\, TN \nFranklin—City of Franklin Mayor\, Ken Moore invites community members to a Community Health Summit intended to educate\, update and energize participants with regard to progress and challenges in serving our local communities.
