DESCRIPTION:The Public is Invited to two Open Houses for Riverfront Planning Study – February 27\, 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM AND ALSO 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM \nFebruary 27\, City Hall \nFRANKLIN\, Tenn. – The City of Franklin will hold two open house style meetings\, on February 27\, 2017\, for the Harpeth Riverfront.  The Riverfront Planning Study will help identify the challenges\, opportunities\, and perspectives associated with a potential river walk and potential future development within the floodplain between Pinkerton Park and Bicentennial Park.
