Plus\, go on a trip to one of the most decorated neighborhoods featuring millions of lights on display! \nGray Line of Tennessee is proud to partner with the Lotz House and present the ninth annual\, “Twinkling Tennessee Christmas\,” one of Nashville’s most festive holiday traditions. \nIn addition to touring some of Nashville and Franklin’s most beautiful and exquisitely-decorated holiday home exteriors\, guests will also walk through the historic Lotz House in Franklin\, which is decorated to depict a typical Victorian Christmas in the mid-1800s\, and drive through Franklin’s beautiful town square. \nThe tour has grown in popularity each year as more groups\, organizations and neighborhoods take advantage of the special event. Each tour takes approximately 2 ½ hours and is in a 25 passenger mini-coach. \nTours will run Dec. 1-30\, with the exception of Dec. 24 and 25\, and will depart daily at 6:30 p.m. Gray Line will provide a pickup at most Nashville hotels\, or guests can park at the Gray Line office across from Opryland to board the tour. The office address is 2416 Music Valley Drive\, Ste. 102\, Nashville\, TN 37214. Hotel guests participating in the tour should be in their hotel lobby by 6 p.m. for departure between 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:Williamson Wind Quintet’s “Christmas in Song” Concert on Saturday\, December 3\, 2016\, at the Williamson County Public Library\n  \nThe Williamson Winds formed years ago when five members of the Williamson County Community Band decided to form a woodwind quintet. Since the first rehearsal in the fall of 2011\, they have challenged themselves with all types of music…classical\, folk\, popular\, jazz…whatever the group members want to try.   The group is made up of Bambi Bandle on bassoon\, Holly Hicks on flute\, Julie Duel on oboe\, John Bourne on French horn\, and Karen Gohn on clarinet. \nTheir free “Christmas in Song” concert at 2 p.m. Saturday\, Dec. 3\, at the Williamson County Public Library\, will include holiday favorites for the whole family ranging from Jingle Bells to Silver Bells. Song sheets with lyrics will be on hand for everyone who wants to sing along. \nAs the Williamson Wind Quintet\, they have many successful performances to their credit and plan to continue playing together for many more years. \n
