DESCRIPTION:\nBluegrass Along the Harpeth – July. 21-22 2017 – Town Square – Franklin\, TN\nAlways held the 4th weekend in July\, Bluegrass Along the Harpeth was started in 1991 and has had several homes in Franklin\, TN over the years. Most recently it has made it’s home on the town square.  The historic backdrop is the perfect place for our weekend of music in honor of Franklin’s own Grand Ole Opry stars Sam and Kirk McGee. This festival is put on and operated by old time musicians and dancers. It’s their love for the music and its preservation that make this festival special and a not-to-be-missed event every year. \nJuly 21st 7pm until 10pm\nJuly 22nd 10am until 10pm\n\n

SUMMARY:2017 Tennessee Antiquarian Book Fair
DESCRIPTION:Now in our eighth year\, the 2017 Tennessee Antiquarian Book Fair will be held July 22-23 at The Factory in Franklin\, Tennessee. Booksellers from many states east of the Mississippi River will exhibit at this year’s fair. See partial list below. Price of admission is $10 for Saturday and Sunday.  (Admission fees will be refundable with purchase of book). \nThe fair will include a variety of collectible and rare books\, autographed documents\, and other ephemera. Bibliophiles will discover modern first editions of literature\, mystery\, and science fiction. Collectible books and documents concerning the War Between the States\, the American Revolution\, and both World Wars will be available. Dealers specializing in children’s literature\, art\, religion\, fine bindings\, and books about books will also be exhibiting at the fair. Book prices ranging from $10 to $10\,000 are sure to pique the interest of the leisure reader as well as the most avid collector. \n
