DESCRIPTION:“Franklin on the Fourth” in Downtown Franklin\, TN – The annual Independence Day celebration begins at 10 a.m. on July 4th.\nThe free festival kicks off at 10 a.m. on Saturday\, July 4th\, with bluegrass music playing from the stage.  Food vendors include everything from roasted corn on the cob to BBQ; ice cream to nachos; and corn dogs to smoothies.  Craft vendors will fill the area with wood working\, jewelry and other handmade items.  \nOur presenting sponsors\, Kroger and Williamson Medical Center\, will have booths right on the Square.  Antique cars will line Main Street between the square and 4th Avenue.  The kid’s zone on 3rd Avenue North will have inflatables\, a petting zoo\, and pony rides.  The always fun Children’s Parade begins lining up at 4:45 and starts at 5 p.m.  \nFranklin on the Fourth ends at 8 p.m. to give attendees time to get to the Fireworks Display at the Park at Harlinsdale Farm.  The display\, put on by the City of Franklin will begin at approximately 9 p.m. \n“Franklin on the Fourth” is coordinated by the Franklin Lions Club and TN Events in conjunction with the City of Franklin.  All proceeds benefit the Franklin Lions Club.  \nREMEMBER !!\nThe tradition of the “Children’s Parade” will continue and begin at 5:00 p.m. (Children will begin lining up at a designated marked location at 4:45) There will be Prizes for best costume and decorated bikes and wagons. Pets are welcome! \nThe event begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 8:00 p.m. \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:Fourth of July Fireworks in Brentwood\, TN\nKadillacs and Fireworks to Light Up Brentwood’s 4th \nThe City of Brentwood is sponsoring its twenty-eighth Independence Day Celebration. The event will be held at the Eddy Arnold Amphitheater in Crockett Park from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by Paul Ross and the “The Kadillacs”. Admission is free to the community. The sponsors are H.G. Hill Realty Company\, LLC and the City of Brentwood. \nAgenda: \n7:00 pm The Kadillacs \n9:00 pm Fireworks \n9:30 pm The Kadillacs \nParking is limited in Crockett Park. The community is encouraged to park at the Library or River Park and use the bikeway. Residents that live in nearby subdivisions are asked to walk or ride bikes to the park. \n\nAt 8:45 pm\, to help with traffic control: \nThe following streets will be designated as one-way traffic: \n\nCrockett Road from the park to Wilson Pike\,\nWilson Pike from Crockett Road to Moores Lane\nWilson Pike from Crockett Road to Concord Road\n\nThe following streets will be closed to traffic in the direction listed below: \n\nWilson Pike at Concord Road closed to south bound traffic\nWilson Pike at Moores Lane closed to north bound traffic\nCrockett Road at Volunteer Parkway closed to east bound traffic\n\nEntry into Crockett Park by car will stop at 8:30 pm. \nThe festival is planned as a family affair with music\, dancing\, and fireworks for everyone. The City of Brentwood invites you to bring your picnic baskets and join us in celebrating our Country’s birthday! \n.  \n* * * * * * \nFireworks Policy – If at all possible\, Brentwood will have the fireworks display. If there is lightning\, strong winds or continuous rain between 7:00 – 9:00\, the fireworks will be postponed to July 5th at 9:00. \nConcert Cancellation Policy – the concert will be performed rain or shine. Lightning in the area is the only reason the concert will be cancelled. No rain date for the concert. \n\n
