The Nashville Sounds take on the Round Rock Express at First Tennessee Park in this 4-game series. Single game ticket prices in the seating bowl at First Tennessee Park range from $9 (corner) to $24 (premier), based on location, with advanced purchase ($11 to $26 for gameday ticket purchases). Held on the second Saturday of every May at Nashville’s Percy Warner Park, the Iroquois Steeplechase is the premier spring race in American steeplechasing and Music City’s traditional rite of spring – typically attracting more than 25,000 spectators. Barks for Parks is a free event that will be held on Saturday, May 9th at Bowie Nature Park from 9am-2pm. This year Fairview Parks Department is partnering with two local pet rescues: Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary and Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue. The goal of the event is to help raise awareness and funds for these groups, and also to get people out in the Park for a fun day with man’s best friend.
