CoolSprings Galleria Kicks off the Holiday Season with – Pajama Party with Santa – in Franklin, TN!

CoolSprings Galleria is excited to kick off the holiday season with the arrival of Santa Claus on Friday, November 4 at 6 pm. 

In partnership with the Goddard School for Early Childhood Development, join us for a fun-filled event to welcome Santa Claus to CoolSprings and kick off the holiday season.  Activities will include musical entertainment and interactive games.  Children under 12 who wear their pajamas to the event will receive a FREE pillowcase (while supplies last).  Entertainment will include music, games, sweet treats, story time, and more!  The fun starts at 6 pm in the lower level Center Court near Dillard’s. 

Santa Claus will be available to hear children’s wishes Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm, 2 pm to 5 pm, and 6 pm to 9 pm; and Sundays from noon to 3 pm and 4 pm to 6 pm.  Santa’s visit to CoolSprings Galleria is from November 4 to December 24 at 5 pm when he begins his Christmas trek around the world.  Santa is located in the lower level Center Court near Dillard’s. 

Looking to save a little time during your visit to Santa? Shoppers can visit CoolSpringsGalleria.com to purchase a “FastPass” to visit Santa. The “front of the line” pass is available by visiting the mall website and pre-purchasing your photo package. Shoppers with a “FastPass” will have a separate line and can avoid the wait!

Main Street Festival – Downtown Franklin, TN

One of the most anticipated–and popular–events of the year in Williamson County! The two-day weekend event will feature more than 200 artisans & crafters, dynamic live entertainment for all ages, a dedicated kids’ areas and an international food court.

The festivities will resume April 23-24, 2016

What to Expect

The event is expected to attract some 125,000 visitors to a full slate of family-oriented activities, non-stop musical entertainment and international flavors of more than 20 food vendors.

The centerpiece of Main Street Festival is a juried arts and crafts show featuring some 200 vendors with original and hand crafted wares. Oil and watercolor paintings, pottery, jewelry, furniture, woodworking, ornamental iron, stained glass, photography, home and garden accents, birdhouses, leatherwork, and much more will be showcased on Main Street from First to Fifth Avenues.

In addition to a juried arts and crafts show, the festival offers a special area of children’s activities on Third Avenue South between City Hall and the Old Courthouse.

Soul food, music, silent auction part of Hard Bargain Association’s celebration

Hard Bargain Association, a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to preservation, affordable housing and revitalization of the historic African-American Hard Bargain neighborhood, is gearing up to host its annual Celebration Dinner on Tuesday, March 29, at the Factory in Jamison Hall.

Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for a silent auction, appetizers and drinks. The program will begin at 7 p.m. with a soul food dinner catered by Catering & Events by Suzette. Presented by Pinnacle Financial Partners, the evening will include sharing the story of Jasmine Lillard, a fourth-generation Hard Bargain resident who is one of the organization’s newest home buyers.

Musical entertainment will be provided by Mike Hicks and The Contribution. Friends of Hard Bargain sponsors include Solomon Builders, Reliant Bank, Stites & Harbison, HCA/TriStar Health, LP Building Products, BancorpSouth, McCann & Hubbard, Merryman-Farr, Rare Assembly, Franklin Rotary Club at Breakfast, Southern Exposure Magazine, and Williamson Herald.

Taste of Williamson – Sunday, March 6, 2016 – 7 – 9 PM

Taste of Williamson, presented by Nissan, is an annual favorite of the local and regional community, featuring the area’s best food and beverages.  All proceeds benefit United Way of Williamson County and its partner agencies.

CoolSprings Galleria hosts this sampling event, where ticket holders meet chefs, sip a favorite beverage, taste local restaurant offerings and enjoy musical entertainment as they stroll from station to station.

Welcome Santa Claus with a festive Pajama Party sponsored by The Goddard School! The event will begin at 10 am at center court near Dillard’s with musical entertainment and interactive games. Children under 12 who wear their pajamas to the event will receive a FREE holiday pillowcase (while supplies last). Enjoy cookie decorating, crafts by American Girl, balloon animals storytime and more!

A variety of photo packages are available for purchase and include a free $10 or $20 Promo Card from Shutterfly, the premier online site that enables you to turn photos into photo books, cards, and gifts. This year shoppers can also add the Santa photo download to their package, to personalize their photos online by adding stickers, as well as numerous borders.
